Suitable for beginners to intermediate. Men, women & children of all ages!

The first 12 Week block from 22nd of January – until 13th of April.

BLOCK* of 12 Sessions
1x session a week = £60 (£5per session)
2x sessions a week = £120 (£5per session)
3x sessions a week = £180 (£5 per session)

After that the session pricing over the 12 week block will be:
1x session a week = £72 (£6 per session)
2x sessions a week = £132 (£5.50 per session)
3x sessions a week = £180 (£5 per session)

PAYG £8 -Session only & only available if we have space.

First Trial Session is FREE!

U16’s are always free to train alongside their parent or carer.

(Only for people signed up to the 12 weeks)
– Professionally planned and instructed sessions.

– 1x home & 1x gym workout plan posted to the VIP group every week in case you can’t make a session or you’re not a member of a gym leaving you with no excuses.

– Access to 1 discounted PT session a month (3 in the 12 week period) for a progress checker but also your chance to improve your technique and learn basic techniques to help you with performing exercises correctly when you’re at bootcamp. (Price £40)
