For everyone wanting to transform their Health & Fitness in 2019. Suitable for beginners to intermediate. Men, women & children of all ages.
The first 12 week block dates:

Thurs 24th Jan – 11th April
Sat 26th Jan – 13th April
• For 12 week block*:
1x session a week = £72 (£6 per session)
2x sessions a week = £132 (£5.50 per session)
3x sessions a week = £180 (£5 per session)

First Trial Session is FREE!
U16’s are always FREE to train alongside their parent or carer.
