What is it?

B-FIT Bootcamp is an outdoor fitness class run by RCA Fitness for everyone who wants to be part of a welcoming & fun fitness community and to those wanting to improve their own health / fitness and become more confident in their appearance.

When and where?

Every Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm @YMCA (Outdoor MUGA, Otley Road, Lawnswood, LS16 6HQ)
Every Saturday 9.30-10.30am @Alwoodley Primary School (Outdoor Playground, Cranmer Rise, LS17 5HX)

For Who?

Suitable for men, women and children of all ages and fitness levels beginner to intermediate. Adaptations can be made to suit individual needs.

12 WEEK B-FIT TRANSFORMATION BOOTCAMP

For everyone wanting to transform their Health & Fitness in 2019. Suitable for beginners to intermediate. Men, women & children of all ages.

Pricing
For 12 week block
1x session a week = £78 (£6.50 per session)
2x sessions a week = £144 (£6 per session)
3x sessions a week = £198 (£5.50 per session)

First Trial Session is FREE!
U16’s are always FREE to train alongside their parent or carer.

What is included in the program?

(Only for people signed up to the 12 Week Block)
• 1-3 One hour outdoor fitness sessions
(Flexibility on days you can attend).

• Access to 3 discounted Personal Training sessions at £40 per hour during each 12-week period.

• Access to our Private Facebook VIP community group.

• Training Programs & Assistance (Consisting of 3 Home and 3 Gym workouts posted throughout the 12 weeks with each program lasting 4 weeks each. Regular updates will be provided via videos explaining how to progress each week and questions will be answered if you’re unsure about anything).

• 6 Health and fitness challenges will be posted every other week to the Facebook group for you to take part in.

• 3x Q&A sessions via Facebook live.

• Health & Fitness tips posted on the group e.g. Training, Nutrition, Mindset & Sleep.
