Hayley Jordan has been training with us now 8 weeks and has lost a brilliant 3.1kg.
We have coached her through her birthday and through her constantly changing work shifts.
I am just drip feeding her information so she changes her whole lifestyle for the long haul and not just for her time with me.
Slow progress is better than no progress. Or The steadier/slower you lose the weight/change your lifestyle habits the more likely they are stick!
