Hey I’m Rob Abbiss – Owner RCA FItness. With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and a background working in football. I carry a wealth of qualifications accumulated through the years from Strength & Conditioning for sport, exercise & nutritional interventions for obesity and diabetes, physical activity and lifestyle strategies for managing low back pain and boxing and advanced kettlebells as well as many more. My approach to training is to keep it fun and realistic to keep my clients committed and focussed on achieving their fitness goal.

GEORGE

Hi I’m George Bell- I am an Irish lad who moved to the UK two years ago now. I have been involved in numerous sports from a very young age including;Football, Rugby, Hockey, Badminton, Basketball, Gaelic games and even Cricket. Aside from sport, promoting health and fitness has always been a passion of mine, always looking to take an individual to their next level of fitness whatever that may be.

I understand that every client is unique and so are their needs, which is why every session is adapted to the needs of the client.

I have attained a number of qualifications; achieving a BA in Sport and Exercise (Football) followed by a BSc degree in Sports Management and Coaching and most recently completing an MSc in Strength and Conditioning. I have gathered a wealth of knowledge over the past number of years, in particular since starting my role as strength and conditioning coach for Leeds United’s U18s two years ago.

My aim is to provide you with the right toolkit to make yourself fitter, healthier and happier making a real change to your life.

Wednesday Split Shift  |  6.00 –  13.00 (6.30-7.15 Spin)  / 16.30 - 20.30 (17.00-17.30 Total Tone)
Thursday |  6.00 – 17.30 (10.30-11.15 Spin)/  19.00 – 20.00 B-FIT Bootcamp 
Friday  |  6.00 - 16.00
Saturday  |  9.00 – 12.00
