Group Training

What is RCA Group Training? 

At RCA Group Training sessions we train a small group of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people to ensure the quality of delivery. During the lockdown sessions are held via online weblink.

Everyone will be given the same training program to follow and our experienced trainer will demonstrate all the exercises for you and make sure you will then perform the exercises safely and effectively. 

All the group members have access to our bespoke RCA Training App, where they will have all the training programs.

The programs are accessible all the time to be used both at the Group Training session and outside the sessions.

 

Group Training is a great choice for everyone who wants to train alongside other people to feel the support of likeminded people around them. 

Training alongside other people gives extra motivation and it gives an opportunity to meet new people who have goals similar.  

Everyone can set their own pace, but at the same time be motivated by others and benefit from the experience and creativity of a trainer who will mix things up each week and tailor sessions to each group.

During the process, we also educate on other crucial parts of a healthy lifestyle such as nutrition, sleep, and mindset.

We also provide extra support and assistance via the App’s messaging platform.
