Terms & Conditions of RCA Online Group Coaching Program

1. Introduction

This agreement is between the client (hereafter referred to as “you” / “client”/”participant”) and RCA Fitness (hereafter referred to as “trainer” / “we” / “RCA Fitness”) who will be delivering the program. 

2. Confidentiality

All information given will be kept in confidence. Your personal details and medical information will be stored on third-party software for our use and used only for our own marketing purposes. 

3. Trainer’s Obligations

3.1 Recommendations

Using judgment and experience, the trainer will suggest certain exercises and other lifestyle advice that they believe will help you achieve your personal goals.

3.2 Results

At RCA Fitness we use our tried and tested Blueprint and if you as a participant will follow the guidelines and utilise the tools provided, we can guarantee your progress during the program. However, the results of any training program depend on your effort and cooperation and individual results may vary.

3.3 Referral

The trainer intends to work with you within the scope of their knowledge and competencies. Therefore, when we believe it is in your best interests to see another health professional, we will refer you appropriately.

4. Your Obligations

4.1 Disclosure of information

Please disclose any relevant health information as requested in our initial sign-up form. You acknowledge that your answers to the questions outlined on the form are true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You agree to keep us updated and informed of any changes to your health status, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury. This includes all medical conditions; physical and mental, injuries, allergies, and medication you are taking. If necessary, you may need to seek clearance from your doctor before participating in the training program we recommend.

4.2 Accepting potential risks

Whilst for most people exercise is hugely positive with many health benefits, there remains some risk that we require you to be aware of. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by facilities, equipment, your physical condition, poor nutrition, lack of hydration, or actions of other people.

You agree to take full responsibility for your own training sessions as no supervision is provided by RCA Fitness. You commit to asking for assistance for any exercise if you are unsure of how to perform them safely.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, RCA Fitness and any of its trainers and employees against any liability incurred as a result of such injury, loss, cost, or damage which they might unintentionally sustain, as a direct or indirect result of participation in this cardiovascular and resistance training program. You hereby waive any right, claim or cause of action against RCA Fitness and its trainers and employees.

4.2 Being prepared for your own session

To get the most out of your session we recommend the following:

  • Have a small snack or light meal two or three hours before your session
  • Be sure you are well hydrated and avoid alcohol prior to training
  • Take a water bottle to your session
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear

4.3 Communication and Commitment

While your trainer can give you the tools and encouragement to reach your goals, ultimately you will need to assume responsibility for making the required changes. We can best help you with this process if you keep us fully informed of any issues that arise for you and if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever please don’t hesitate to voice them with us.

5. Payment

The payment for RCA Online Group Coaching Program is to be made in advance before participating in the program.

6. Term 

This agreement will run for the duration of the program.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation for prepaid participation for no valid reason will not be refunded unless this is due to health issues. In such a case we would require a doctor’s note.

RCA Fitness offers a full money-back guarantee for the participant if they have followed the program as requested, but still are not happy with their progress.

In the unlikely event of RCA Fitness being unable to deliver the program, the client can request a refund from RCA Fitness for any unfulfilled weeks.

8. Terms of this agreement 

The client understands that they are paying RCA Fitness for their services as outlined in this agreement.

The trainer will deliver their coaching and advice to the best of their ability.

Pictures may be taken as a part of your transformation progress. Your participation in the program means you consent to photography, filming, and sound recording which may include you as a client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

RCA Fitness has the right to change these Terms and Conditions, for example, to be able to offer new services or as required by law. RCA Fitness will notify you of any change. When such a change(s) is made, if dissatisfied you can cancel this agreement once you have made any payments already due to the trainer.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT – By signing up for RCA Online Group Coaching Program you agree to our Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
