What is RCA Fitness?

At RCA Fitness we help people achieve their optimal health & fitness levels by training and educating them on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mindset.  

We are motivating people to live their life to the fullest whilst achieving their goals to get maintainable results.

We provide different training options to suit the individual’s needs depending on what it is they are wanting to achieve by training with us.

However, RCA Fitness is not just a company providing training – it is a friendly, supportive face to face and online community.

Who are we and how do we do it?

“Hey, I’m Rob Abbiss, the Owner of RCA Fitness.

I have been training people for nearly 10 years now. I have changed many people’s lives by providing them with the tools to achieve optimal health & fitness levels. Over the years I have learned that it’s not only about transforming people’s physique but educating them is the key factor to help them achieve maintainable results.

Our main goal is to provide maintainable transformations by educating people on healthy habits such as balanced nutrition, sleep, mindset and stress management.

We don’t only train the body, but we also train the mind. It’s about changing the whole lifestyle.

I support all my clients throughout the whole process via messages and phone calls. All our clients have access to our bespoke RCA Training App. Via the App’s messaging platform you can easily contact us. You have access to your training programs & nutritional plans, you can track your own progress, add measurements and pictures, schedule workouts… – All in one place!

I am proud to say that RCA Fitness has become a community with a great team and a great bunch of clients. Together we take part in different challenges and events. We organise social events for all our clients so they can gather together and feel to be part of the RCA Fitness community. “

How can we change your life?

Meet our client Helen Desaraju.
