Terms & Conditions of RCA Fitness

Welcome to RCA Fitness. We believe that there are a few expectations that will be required of you, the client. These expectations are for your benefit and are designed to make the journey a pleasant experience for everyone.

The following are the Terms & Conditions of the RCA Elite and RCA Optimize coaching programs. This is what you are signing up for as part of RCA Fitness Ltd.

RCA Elite

1. Introduction

This agreement is between the client (hereafter referred to as “you” / “client”) and RCA Fitness Ltd (hereafter referred to as “coach” / “we” / “RCA Fitness”) who will be delivering the service. 

2. Disclosure of information

Please disclose all health information as requested. You acknowledge that your answers to the questions outlined on the questionnaire are true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You agree to keep us updated and informed of any changes to your health status, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury. This includes all medical conditions; physical and mental, injuries, allergies, and medication you are taking. If necessary, you may need to seek clearance from your doctor before participating in the program.

3. Expectations

All clients are expected to conduct themselves with decorum within the RCA community. Negativity and abuse to others (this includes your coaches) in the Facebook group or the RCA App will result in immediate expulsions from the program and all forums of RCA.

During this program we expect a high level of commitment from the client to adhere to plans and be active in the pursuit of their journey. This includes daily updates to your weight and all other relevant areas in the progress tracker as well as check-ins to be completed every Sunday by 12 am (UK time) by ensuring the progress tracker and RCA app are up to date. Following the schedule set up by the coaches of RCA, logging workouts, and cardio sessions so we have an accurate idea of your level of commitment. We reserve the right to cancel and remove any client we see not fulfilling or taking the program seriously.

While not mandatory, it is advised to garner the most from the program that attendance to the Tuesday Webinar calls as well as Friday’s Live Q&A’s is as frequent as possible. These webinars hosted by your coaches provide a socially interactive way for clients to seek answers to their questions as well as provide informative information on diet, nutrition, supplementation, and training, as well as provide the clients tips and tricks that make your progress much easier. We want to educate and empower you for the rest of your life. These calls massively help!

RCA also encourages all clients to be active in the Facebook Group. We find it most beneficial to ask questions in these groups first prior to asking your coach questions about your plan unless those questions are private. These groups were established to provide a community and wealth of knowledge from others that have come before you. Most frequently asked questions on plans have usually been asked prior by other members of the group and you are more likely to garner a quicker response from the members than your coach.

What do we expect from you?

  • Expected to ensure check-in is completed (Tracker & RCA Training App up to date) on Sunday by 12 am / For face-to-face clients the night prior or morning of your PT session
  • Expected to complete ALL information truthfully and accurately (if you lie on MFP or in the APP, you are only cheating yourself. Your coach needs all this information to be accurate in order to ensure all feedback, targets, and coaching points are realistic and achievable for you, in order to attain your goals)
  • Expected to send an additional video recording to your coach talking through any relevant information from your week via the RCA Training App (if necessary)
  • Expected to book in for a minimum of one ‘problem solving’ call a month (excluding face-to-face clients)
  • Expected to give at least 24 hours notice period of canceling or rescheduling problem-solving call
  • Expected to turn up on time for your problem-solving call; failure to do so, you accept it’s your responsibility, and being late to the call eats into your own time
  • Expected to turn up on time for your PT session (face-to-face clients only)
  • Expected to give at least 24 hours notice period of canceling or rescheduling PT session (face-to-face clients only)
  • Expected to be in regular contact with your coach via the RCA in-app messaging
  • Expected to attend at least one live educational webinar per month (attending these will significantly enhance your progress towards your goal)
  • Expected to join the RCA Inner Circle Facebook group
  • Expected to interact & engage on the RCA Inner Circle Facebook group
  • Expected to keep your coach up to date with any relevant changes to you and your physical health and wellbeing (e.g. illness/injury etc) 
  • Expected to be open-minded and coachable 

What can you expect from your coach?

  • Expect your coach to reply to completed check-ins within 24 hours (unless otherwise given notice of a change in days due to unforeseen circumstances)
  • Expect your coach to be honest and truthful
  • Expect your coach to respond to messages within the RCA Training App within a designated daily time slot (excluding Saturdays & Sundays)
  • Expect your coach to have your health and well-being as their top priority

Our coaches intend to work with you within the scope of their knowledge and competencies. Therefore, when we believe it is in your best interests to see another health professional, we will refer you appropriately.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Your payment for the program must have been received either in full or your monthly payment subscription must have been set up prior to starting the program. This agreement will run for an initial period of 6 months. Once the initial term has been fulfilled, this agreement goes to a monthly rolling agreement.

If the client does not pay in full for the program and receives the bonus discount for doing so, then the client is expected to maintain the payment for the duration of the program (minimum 6-month commitment). If the client wishes to cancel before the agreed time period and the plan has not been paid in full (receiving the initial discount) you are legally responsible for ensuring that the balance due is paid in full for the remainder of the term of your program. This is required to be paid immediately upon cancellation. If you are not here to commit to investing in yourself, our team, and your goals to craft a lifelong solution over the next 6 months, then you are not in the right place and it is advised you do not proceed.

If cancellation is required it should be done by you the client. Your finances are your responsibility, we simply facilitate the program. If you wish to ask or request us to look into your membership we expect a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the cancellation of the actual payment. All cancellation requests must be sent to the team at info@rca-fitness.com.

NOTE: The initial PDF guide, HUB content, and program set up alone are valued at £1497 and the program is a very reasonable price to pay for the incredible knowledge and a life-changing transformation along with lifelong education. EU Clients “Exception to the right of cancellation: You cannot cancel your order for the supply of digital content if the delivery has started upon your request and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your cancellation right.” We do not issue refunds under any circumstance. In the event of a cancellation request, an exit interview must be set with your assigned coach.

In the unlikely event of RCA Fitness being unable to continue a client’s training, the client can request a refund from RCA Fitness for any unfulfilled months.

5. Money-back guarantee

While these expectations do not cover all events that may possibly come up we ask all clients to make the most of their programs and enjoy their journey. There is a full money-back guarantee on this program. If you give 100% and do everything we ask for the duration of your program and still don’t see the results you’d like, we will refund your entire payment. This is a completely risk-free program on your part as long as you’re committed to putting in the work. We define 100% commitment as all workouts tracked and recorded in the RCA app, all nutrition tracked and recorded via MyFitnessPal and synced to the app as well as input into the progress tracker, all step targets hit daily and recorded inside the RCA app, Your progress tracker updated daily and weekly check-in questions completed every single week, attendance to at least 1 of the 4 group calls per month, communication with your assigned coach every week that you are on the program.

6. Waiver

By taking part in this program you accept potential risks. As with any program, there are some risks that we require you to be aware of. The risks include but are not limited to, those caused by facilities, equipment, your physical condition, poor nutrition, lack of hydration, lack of sleep, or actions of other people.

You agree to take full responsibility for your own training sessions if no supervision is provided by RCA Fitness. You commit to asking for assistance for any exercise if you are unsure of how to perform them safely.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, RCA Fitness and any of its coaches and employees against any liability incurred as a result of such injury, loss, cost, or damage which they might unintentionally sustain, as a direct or indirect result of participation in this program. You hereby waive any right, claim or cause of action against RCA Fitness and its coaches and employees.

7. Terms of this agreement 

The client understands that they are paying RCA Fitness for the services as outlined in this agreement.

The coach will deliver their coaching and advice to the best of their ability.

Pictures may be taken as a part of your journey. Your participation in RCA program means you consent to photography, filming, and sound recording which may include you as a client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

RCA Fitness has the right to change these Terms and Conditions, for example, to be able to offer new services or as required by law. RCA Fitness will notify you of any change. When such a change(s) is made, if dissatisfied you can cancel this agreement once you have made any payments already due to RCA Fitness.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT – By signing up for the RCA Elite coaching program you agree to our Terms & Conditions outlined in this agreement.

RCA Optimize

1. Introduction

This agreement is between the client (hereafter referred to as “you” / “client”) and RCA Fitness Ltd (hereafter referred to as “coach” / “we” / “RCA Fitness”) who will be delivering the service.

While not mandatory, it is advised to garner the most from the program that attendance to the Thursday Webinar calls as well as Monday’s Live Feedback sessions is as frequent as possible. These webinars hosted by your coaches provide a socially interactive way for clients to seek answers to their questions as well as provide informative information on diet, nutrition, supplementation, and training, as well as provide the clients tips and tricks that make your progress much easier. We want to educate and empower you for the rest of your life. These calls massively help!

RCA also encourages all clients to be active in the Facebook Group. This is your primary channel of communication with your peers and coaches throughout the program unless your questions are private.

What do we expect from you?

  • Expected to complete all modules in the Optimize portal
  • Expected to complete weekly check-ins via the private Facebook group
  • Expected to complete scheduled workouts to the best of your capability
  • Expected to be active in the Facebook group
  • Expected to keep your coach up to date with any relevant changes to you and your physical health and well-being (e.g. illness/injury etc)
  • Expected to be open-minded and coachable

What can you expect from your coach?

  • Expect your coach to reply to completed check-ins every Monday at 7 pm (UK time) unless otherwise given notice of a change in days due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Expect your coach to be honest and truthful
  • Expect your coach to respond to messages in the Facebook group within 24h
  • Expect your coach to have your health and well-being as their top priority

Our coaches intend to work with you within the scope of their knowledge and competencies. Therefore, when we believe it is in your best interests to see another health professional, we will refer you appropriately.

If cancellation is required it should be done by you the client. Your finances are your responsibility, we simply facilitate the program. If you wish to ask or request us to look into your membership we expect a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the cancellation of the actual payment.
